Then it's probably related to PaperMC if you don't have any plugins installed.

Im wondering did you make a new backup or is the one called "Created by support"
I created that backup before I did anything on your account
The problem why the backup was not restored successfully was your world name, It caused a bug.
We always recommend to keep the world name default if there is no technical requirement to change it
