Idk your browser and installed extensions, but that might be the cause.
Some browsers also stop tabs from working if they we're not used for a longer time. So try to reload the page from time to time

The creator of the plugin moved the download to an external website, our system is then not able to download it anymore.
I removed it from our plugin database now
