What Do You Mean?
Go to worlds -> files -> playerdata -> Remove the file of ProXmohd
Note this will remove all player related data of the player: ProXmohd

Please try to delete the playerfile of the player ProXmohd

Theoretically yes, you probably just need to modify the generator and level-type in the level.dat
But I wouldn't recommend you that. You won't have any smooth transition between the chunks.

This error typically appears if the mod collection on the player's computer is not the same as on the server.
Double check the mod collection and make sure that also the versions of the mods match.

Provide further information about your server (Software, version, mods etc.) and share the log

Then it's probably related to your browser extensions. Try removing them one by one
