This suggestion probably wont happen, as the percentage of people who accidentally delete their 100hour+ worlds when reinstalling/trying a different server could just be labelled as a "dumbass"
Exactly
Especially under the point of view that a popup is already displayed which warns you.
Also, everyone who cares about their data should have the backup feature enabled. There is even a permanent warning symbol displayed if this is not the case.

What is your username on Aternos?

Please check if you have the same problem on a new world on the server

Your server is running on a snapshot version - did you also install the snapshot on your client?
-
Then I can not really tell you what happened, but it must be related to your server itself.
-
The guide linked above already contains all suggestions and explanations about lag on newer versions.
Also it explains that newer Minecraft versions do not have that good performance in general.
About the error messages in your log, they seem to be related to crazyenchantments and EnchantmentsEnhance, try to remove them.
-
Are you able to spawn them using spawn eggs?
-
Share the server log using the share button on the log page.
You probably do not have the same collection of mods installed on the client as on the server
-
I checked your account log.
As far as I can see our system did nothing wrong, so the loss must have happened when the server was already loaded, so probably while starting.
Do you have the server log from that session?
-
Does it work in single player?
-
No, he wants to download all of the files from his server to PC
I know, but it's not possible.
And he said he want's to make a backup.

1.Instead of confirm delete, undo
when you are deleting some files, clicking delete and confirm is tiresome. How about showing a undo message at the bottom of the screen instead of showing a delete warning message every time i delete a file?
If we did that we would always have to save the state of the server before the change (file deletion etc.) was made.
This raises some questions:
How long should the previous state be stored?
-> Preferably until the user has noticed that he has done something wrong, but when exactly is that? At the next server start? Or the next time he uses a certain command or does something specific?
How many states should be saved?
If the user deletes several things, all these things should be saved.
How does the user know that a change he makes now could have fatal consequences? An undo button doesn't explain it, a confirm popup does.
As written above, all this must be stored, several states for a longer time. Of course you can make this resource efficient by saving only the changes between the states. But the required storage space would probably be enormous. Therefore we would have to buy additional storage systems, which are among the most expensive servers in our country.
In addition, there would probably be a very high development effort, especially if only changes are stored in the individual states.
Our system would have to build the correct state from the different states again and again, e.g. when calling the files page or when starting the server. This holds a very large error potential.
Is it worth it? I don't think so.
The confirmation popup has its entitlement and use.
Also, even if you delete files on your computer, you must confirm a confirmation popup.
2.Problems with two servers
i have two aternos servers, each made with a different email account, and backuped with the same google account. Sometimes my servers "sync" each other (the settings and everything in the files) and because of that i nearly lost everything i builded many times. Is backuping to the same google account the problem, or this kind of thing shouldnt happen?
This doesn't just happen.
Usually this happens when users get confused which account they are actually logged into or because they don't know what is in which backup.
3.Showing cpu/ram usage
this isn't essintal, but many hosting sites have this feature, and personally i kind of want to monitor my server's cpu/ram usages.
If I do not overlook anything, this should be theoretically possible for Ram use.
Of course this has to be developed first, and we have to find out the best technical solution, but theoretically this is possible.
For CPU usage, this becomes more difficult because the CPU power on the host machines is not dedicated to the Minecraft servers, but is shared between all Minecraft servers on the same host.

I just uploaded the world without any issue.
So the problem is probably something on your side. What confirms this is the fact that you get error code 198 when uploading. This error codes describes an issue with the Websocket system.
If even the legacy upload fails I would assume there is something on your computer which blocks something
