If the demand for the ability to edit the spigot.yml increases we might consider this.

the item "json-storage" is a folder which contains further txt/json-files and folders.

And what makes you think they won't work?
The server log does not show any error message related to the plugins. Also you did not even try to use them?
Sometimes you have to configure the plugins properly before you can use them.
