So if it works on vanilla the issue is probably related to the installed plugins.
Switch back to spigot and remove plugin by plugin and check each time between if it works again.

If you think that your Aternos server is running on the computer you opened the website on, you're wrong.
An Aternos server runs on our hosts and has nothing to do with the client where the website is opened on.
