That's a Minecraft bug. Try restarting Minecraft on your computer.
The mod creator did not define whether the files are for Fabric or Forge
You should be able to join with the Windows edition on Bedrock without any issue.
Share the server log?
What is the full and exact error message you get when you try to join your server?
Hmm. You might want to contact the mod developer about this issue.
Can you please try again now
What is the address of the server in question?
He should double check that the installed collection of mods is the same as on the server. Also the versions of the mods must match.
Another thing he could try is to delete the config folder.
If the issue persists share his client log
He should check the client log. It's located in .minecraft/logs/latest.log
It contains details about the disconnect.
Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.

Please check your server again now
Does the issue persist without that mod?
Do you have any other mods installed?
What is the address of the server in question?

You can probably remove those generated blocks again using the /fill command: https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Commands/fill
Make sure you disable Optimize before you try to fix the chunks
In addition I'd recommend you to enable backups.
It is vanila, but my server is forge, and I have no knowledge on this MC and forge things, but I still have this problem. Do I need to install new .jar file something?
If you want to play with mods you should install the same version of Forge on your computer as on the server and also installed the same collection of mods.
We allow installing KubeJs as it's a commonly used dependency for many mods.
We currently don't allow creating/adding own scripts since this may allow people to circumvent Aternos restrictions like the auto-shutdown
Might it change something if I delete the data about the Nether and the End
