I saw someone report an issue of that mod crashing on the server and it was fixed, so this shows that it is also meant to be installed on the server I guess: https://github.com/Dplayend/OdysseyHUD/issues/10

I am playing minecraft with mods and when I enter the server my skin is not shown, I disable the cracked option and it is shown. 
I use the cracked option because a friend does not have a mojang account. 
please, this mod must be for the server side so that it works with the curios and cloth config mods (it adds two slots)

That is a Fabric mod, so your server must be running Fabric
