Sadly no. We cannot allow any users to add their own plugins or modpacks. We do not allow any users to add their own because they could contain viruses.

I have played this modpack plenty of times, and it's very fun.

I have high expectations that this modpack will be added. But of course, we will have to wait for Andreas to reply
