What is double posting, if I may ask?
When someone posts the exact same thing twice in a row.
When someone posts something then, rather than using the "edit" button, posts an elaboration or similar right after the 1st.
Simply two posts by the same member, regardless of reason, after each other.E.g
person1: Double Post.
person1: Double Post.
person2: aaargh -

You mean once every weekend, or once in a lifetime?
It will only work today and tomorrow, but you can only use the redeem key once. -

Do you have any plugins that would effect mob spawning? Such as Multiverse, etc.
Also, make sure you have Monster enabled

Hello there,
If not all the slots are filled the server will close. For example if there is 2 players on, and you have 3 slots, there will need to be a 3rd person to fill that empty slot. So if there is just 2 players on, I would just make it a 2 slot server that way it wont close on you

Or just copy and paste them
If you past it on the forums, it will be to long, and might crash the website. So the best option is just to use pastebin and just give us the link. That way we know nothing bad can happen.

I have a translator on my computer so that helps me some... But it still gets worlds messed up, but I get a basic understanding when it translates it.

I don't think you would be able to, an administrator would have to.
Anyways, check your spam folder, if it's not there, make sure you used the right email, sometimes one letter could mess up the whole thing.
If that does not work, try creating a new email and signing up with that. I just did to test the activation email, and I got it right away.

First off, have you checked your spam folder?
If it's not there, you can resend the activation email.
Also, be sure you registered with the right email. Get back to me after you followed these steps.

So I made the bpermissions plugin, I made all the groups, but when I assign someone to a group, they can't do anything.
Try using the PermissionsEX plugin. That would be the best thing to do.
