Mobs not spawning

    I've noticed that hostile mobs aren't spawning on my server. Passive ones are, but hostiles aren't. I can spawn them with spawn eggs and stuff, but they aren't spawning naturally. My Difficulty is Normal, and gamerule doMobSpawning is true as well. I looked it up on the internet, and everyone said I had to change my Bukkit.yml/spigot.yml settings. I don't know how to do that on Aternos though. I'd appreciate any help.
