Hello there! Here's how you get to your plugin files!
Note: You cannot upload your own plugins, all plugins are from http://dev.bukkit.org/
1st, go to the top of your screen and you will see a little blue box.

I mean, did you check it first to make sure there were no files within the zip that were not meant to be there.

First off, have you checked your folder before compressing it into .zip? Sometimes there will be things within the folder that is not meant to be there.

I have a lot of suggestions so I am just going to list them here.
Twitter:
So, on the Aternos twitter page, it sometimes get's confusing for people who only speak English, yeah there are some english posts, but how about making a twitter account just for English and German? For example make one, AternosEnglish and AternosGerman, this way there won't be any confusion. You can have one person running the German account who speaks German, than you can have another person running the English account who speaks English. I do not look at the twitter account because I get really confused from trying to translate german on google translate, and I also get confused from spelling mistakes. So I think this would be a grate idea.
LiveChat:
Sometimes people need fast support, don't get me wrong, the support is already fast, but sometimes it needs to be a little faster. So how about adding a LiveChat? Because there is not a lot of English staff, this would be tricky, so you might have to get some more English staff. Anyways, I think this could benefit the website really well. I know of a 100% free LiveChat website. It's really customizable, also, you can make it so people can choose a language and it will send it to the right person. I do not want to say the website due to advertising, but let me know and I will be sure to send it to you!
