At first you should check if the issue persists on Vanilla. If the plugin is gone without plugins, the problem is related to plugins.
If the issue persists on Vanilla, you can try TPing your self far away (multiple thousand blocks away) and set the world spawn there. This will unload chunks around the spawn and around your usual player location. If the situation is gone then, you can assume that the cause is somewhere in these chunks.
Note that you should do those tests while you're alone on your server. Also don't forget to create backups.
Ok though i had created multiple backups. and yes i'll test those in vanilla. Thanks for the tip.

yesterday and now also, idk but the server was running very decently and running smooth tps but suddenly it decreased to 0.1 tps or sometimes 0 tps idk why it started to happened from yesterday and I don't know how to fix it pls if anyone knows about it pls tell me!!🙏🏻🙏🏻😭😭😭
It more often happens in paper compared to spigot.
Also i had noticed that yesterday when i switched the software from paper to spigot and when I started the Server the tps was running not perfect but running well as compared to paper.
But why it happens mostly in paperMC ??
And the problem is that i don't like to use spigot. I like to use paper mc because it is fast and efficient as compared to spigot,etc..
plus the tps problem doesn't happen in my private Server though i use paper only.

There is an ticking entity which you can remove by using the kill command and by any chance have you changed the server tick speed
I also tried to kill the entity using kill command but nothing happened.

Pls help my server is running on 0 tps whenever i type command it runs after 20 to 30s I can't use commands from console also and in chat something just spam continuously saying "REKT NOOBS"
Plus in console its shows continuously this error message -

it's just lagging and I haven't gave anyone access to console ,log etc..
I had gave access to some players only for starting the server

yes the random tick speed is set to 3 by default

Yesterday my server was running on 18-20 tps. But suddenly today
why my server tps is running in 0-1 tps. What is the reason?
And people are saying that they can't use some cmd. Where as I already gave all perms for those cmd.
And my server had so many plugins like more than 25 plugins
Also I use paper mc 1.18.1. Do anybody know what is the reason behind it? Hope someone reply.
