You can OP them and then change the operator level to 1 in ops.json. But it's just not worth the hassle, just give them access to the log.

what? i didnt get u
if your friend just want to read you can give him operator status but make the operator level as 1. That way he can read console logs ingame but wont be able to access cheats

because my friends thinks i am going to cheat so i have to give them console and not give them access to type any command in console
