How do i Give my fellow friends access to console butt they cant use ANY TYPE OF COMMANDS? 
how to give console but they cant use the command section?

Why do they need the console if not to run commands? If they only need to view it, share access to the log instead.

if your friend just want to read you can give him operator status but make the operator level as 1. That way he can read console logs ingame but wont be able to access cheats

You can OP them and then change the operator level to 1 in ops.json. But it's just not worth the hassle, just give them access to the log.
