Like @Andreas says they can't update it because it costs money, try to use MCMMO with lower versions.

Yes they have already plugin for texture pack just search "ResourcePack" on plugin list and watch a tutorial in youtube for that plugin.

You can chrck your console log. And if you found the error paste that error in google it will tell you how you can fix it or just share your log here using pastebin.

I think you could find one for GUI Shop just search "Shop" on plugin list i found before a gui shop too.
