What makes you think that your server ran out of memory? There is no indication of that in your server log.

Did you set the correct world type when generating your world?
Check the mods documentation for information on how to correctly set up a world on a server.

1) It is not responsive and not clean
It absolutely is responsive, maybe include a specific example?
2) It is clunky and weird
Again, specific example?
3) Sometimes says 'MySQL error'

There are already two different kinds of server software available that allow using mods and plugins:

Downgrading existing worlds is usually not possible. When updating the game, Mojang makes changes to the world format and adds new blocks/items/entities that are placed in the world, so going back to an older version becomes impossible.

You can download your world on the worlds page: https://aternos.org/worlds/
This world is always up to date and the exact same as the world saved inside backups.
There are no plans to add an option to download other files like plugins, mainly for copyright reasons.

If you really want to secure your server just don't use cracked.
