Please send an email to [email protected] and include your server address (*.aternos.me).

You should now be able to upload .nbs files to that directory.

Basically whenever you join a Minecraft server, your details are logged for logging and security measures.
Aternos records these logs and puts them into the 'Logs' page of the server.
This is true for any Minecraft server and any other service you use. It's simply how the internet works.
With the IP Address, one can find someone's critical information such as location, images, passwords, etc etc.
No, one can not.
You likely have been fed a lot of false information from people trying to sell you VPNs. I'd recommend watching this video:

Please have a look at this help center article: https://support.aternos.org/hc…o-write-a-support-request
It is mainly about support tickets, but most of it also applies here (except the part about including your support token, which you should of course not do when posting in a public forum).

Bedrock 1.19.40 level.dat files should now be supported.

You likely removed some of the mods that were previously installed on your server. If you want to update a modded server, you also need to install updated versions of all your mods.

If a modpack already includes the addons by default it would work. Adding custom addons would not be possible in modpacks either.
-
For the reasons explained above, there is no option to add files to the addonpacks folder.
-
The "addonpacks" folder is not a general feature of Forge/Fabric. It’s just one specific mod that choose this very poor name for the folder that should contain its addons.
Whether mod addons can be dangerous depends on the mod the addons are for, and there is no general system for loading addons.
If a mod has a safe addon system, we usually allow the upload of addons for that mod. It is, for example, possible to upload Lucky Block addons or resource packs for that weird train mod.
The issue with the addonpacks folder in your case is that while the mod you are trying to install addons for might be safe, other unsafe mods might use the same, very generic, folder name, which is why we can’t allow uploads there. Mods should either use a folder name that contains the mod’s name or just put their addon folders inside their config folders, so that there can’t be any collisions between addon locations.

Running game servers is expensive, and ads without any tracking make almost no money (for pretty obvious reasons). Aternos would not be sustainable without ads on its website.
Weird addons like "Privacy Badger" also do not differentiate between what's a tracking script and what's not. They just use a simple network filter like any other adblocker.
-
That seems to be a broken ad, so there is not much we can do about this on our end.
-
That version is missing from their updates API, which is why our system was unable to find it. I manually added it for now (might take a few minutes).

/restart was never supported on Aternos, and there are no plans to support it in the future.
To restart your server, simply use the Restart button in the panel.
Adding UltimateAutoRestart was likely an oversight. We will remove the plugin again from our list.

Why would you want to get a lot of views? They don’t do anything.

As of Minecraft 1.19.1, enforce-secure-profile is enabled by default in the server.properties file, which is why it is also enabled by default newly created 1.19.1 servers on Aternos.
Anyone who does not wish to use that option is free to disable it in their server.properties file: https://aternos.org/files/server.properties
