pls check how to write a good plugin/modpack request, because you need to take care of a couple of things (like the official link, a short description,...).

Ich hab leider selbst den Launcher nicht und kann dir nicht genau sage, wo das steht. Aber klingt plausibel^^
Das würde dann heißen, dass du die Life in the woods Version 1.0.8 verwendest, aber am Server die 1.2.6 läuft. Also schätze ich, dass der Bug wegen den 2 unterschiedlichen Version entsteht.
Probier mal das Modpack bei dir am PC auf die neueste Version zu updaten (falls das nicht schon die neueste für dich verfügbare ist) -
