It just means that there is a problem with the plugin itself (the coder made a mistake somewhere..) and because of this the server can't load it. So you can't really do anything about it (unless you code it yourself ;D)

I think it could be a problem that the plugin is outdated and abandoned...

I think there isn't because you would need to download the file and upload it on the other server, but as far as I know you can't download it.

could you add a link to the download page and a short description of what the plugin does?

oh ok.. didn't know that.
but you would put the command setTickSpeed 1 in the command line in your aternos control panel.

you could also try downloading the map and making it smaller (there are several tools which just delete not needed chunks; just google it)
