Kannst du mal im Log schauen ob da was drinnen steht (irgendein error o.ä.) und den einfach mal hier posten?

The server is just way to overloaded with your tons of TNT. As soon as it starts, it has to calculate too many TNTs which are flying around and it crashes then.
hmmm. i'm not sure if this could work, but you can try it:
Try to start the server and before you join set the tick rate to 1 with the command setTickSpeed 1. Which makes your serer do less ticks per second and it should (/could) be able to get over all the explosions. But don't forget to set the tick speed back to 20 after it worked. -
and when you only restart you don't need to wait the queue.
If Aternos would give everybody as many slots as long as he wants, the whole system would crash, because there's not enough ram for that. This are the "disadvantages" of Aternos.. But therefore it's FREE!!!

There's GriefPrevention. I don't know id it's added to Aternos. If it isn't, just make a plugin request.

2. was genau hast du gemacht? Hast du die richtige Server version installiert, wenn ja, stehen im Log irgendwelche error?

Maybe your world was generated with an older minecraft version which could cause some problems with mob spawning as they then do not spawn as often as they should. So maybe try to set the server to the original map version (if you still know it). If this doesn't work you could make a new world, ... .

Bei mir steht da rechts unten und rechts oben "Reply", das sollte eigentlich funktionieren.
