Did you find any error in the server log/console?

Dein Server schafft das was er eigentlich in einem Tick (max 0,05 secs) schaffen sollte nur innerhalb 60,5 secs. dh er ist extrem überlastet (durch zu viele plugins, zu große welt, ...), dass er es mit dem von Aternos zur Verfügung gestelltem Ram nicht schafft zu starten.
--> deinstallier ein paar plugins die du nicht brauchst, bzw lösch alle unnötigen Weltenchunks (dazu schau dir das an)

You could disable it in the server config file, but this isn't visible to users.. so you got to search for a plugin that allows you to enable/disable them in the plugin config. If this plugin is not in the Aternos plugin list you can make a plugin request here in the forum.

Ich horch mir grad ein paar klassische (=alte) Werke (Liszt Les Prelude, Wagner Lohengrin) für ein Orchester Konzert an. Nebenbei nichts besseres zu tun als das Forum hier wieder einmal durchzustöbern
Was geht bei euch so?

@UglyChester: What you generally are looking for are plugins, which give you thousands of possibilities to modify the server.
To use them, you need either the CraftBukkit or Spigot server software. (install them in the software section of your my server site).
You find the plugins under "Files and Plugins".
For any other help, just ask!
