And IIRC spigot.yml can not be accessed due to security (?) reasons.
Server.properties can not be accessed either, however most of the options in server.properties are displayed on https://aternos.org/options/

Search %AppData%
Go to .minecraft
Go to logs
Open latest.log (or only latest)

We don't add BungeeCord because it is just not needed for what we provide.
We provide servers for private use, a single server for you and your friends.
If you want to create a big game server network we are not your host.
So no, we don't offer Bungeecord and we are highly unlikely to ever do so.
