May i ask what the whitelist has to do with this?
when i add my server tothe list, it doesnt even say its offline. it just says cant connect to server.

you might wanna reinstall the plugin.

Hello team Aternos.Is it possible to somehow negotiate or buy a service to increase memory for my server
Aternos is free forever, and Aternos wishes to stay equal and fair to all it's users.
my server is constantly crashing due to overload.It is played by a lot of players but I had to put the maximum number of players on 5 so that it somehow held...The server has a lot of mini games 70plugins and 20wordl so it crash with an error.I have already been answered by the guys from your team with the answer to reduce plugins and worlds,but I can not so my server will not be normal since all plugins are exclusively needed
Then you will need to find other solutions, however i doubt there are others. 20 worlds each with x amount of progresses will get extremely laggy, and x amount of plugins with x amount of worlds is likely to cause this.
I would be very grateful if you could help me increase my memory by at least 100MB
We would have to increase this for all servers. And that, would likely not be possible at the moment.
Please also note that i am not a team member or work at aternos, nor is anything that i said confirmed. This is just from my POV and what i think and/or expect.
