I've looked, And I can't seem to find this plugin anywhere. Not on aternos or any search engine.
Also I think it would be wise to use the support email for more private things. And not simple things like not being able to download plugins

Guessing that this would be the main reason of 9minecraft not being used

aternos and 9minecraft wouldn't work together, if I am correct. The 9minecraft api can't be connected to Aternos, and their reputation isn't the best either.
