As explained in the ftp article, file uploading is not possible, and it wont be. So yes, this is unlikely.

When switching to a higher or lower version, your world will be deleted. The website will warn you about this when you attempt to install a new version. If you did not create backups or download your world recently, then you can't retrieve it.

Lag can come from several factors, not just the RAM amount. This can include a huge amount of plugins or mods on your server. An extreme amount of chunks loaded on your server and so on. But this can also depend on versions, 1.13+, 1.14+ all have performance problems, lag, and 1.14.4 has mobspawning problems.

However, with those 2 GB ram, I can still perfectly well make a server with a hub world, survival world and creative world

Either these are java servers or you're just mistaking those servers of having plugjns

You should be asking this in whatever services serverpro uses.

You can't access the server.properties

You can enable pirated/cracked in https://aternos.org/options/

Restart/start your server afterwards

You can not access backups in your Google drive.
