You can try using permissions plugins like:
UltraPermissions ( best plugin for beginners )
Permissionsex
Groupmanager
Luckperms

You may've installed the wrong version. Try deleting coreprotect and installing a different version

We had nukkit available in the past, but noone used it.
We removed it then as it makes no sense for us to keep a software available which is not used.
That software was already requests some weeks ago, please use the search function in the right upper corner

He's a person, this is easily seen and a stupid thing to wonder.
1. He should not say why it's denied. He does not have that obligation, wether you like it or not.
2. The thing you requested has 42 downloads. It has to be popular, 42 downloads isn't popular. Unless you have a different definition of popular.
And someone can't be against you if they don't know you.
