This happens to me. When I type pex group test add *, the console outputs as Permission "\*" added to group "test". Also, sometimes I will speak to someone with /say. When I do say What's up? in the console, it comes out as [Server] What's Up\? and its really annoying

No. Spigot runs Bukkit plugins just fine. If you were to change it from Spigot to Bukkit, the Spigot plugins would stop working.

This is because some plugins don't support /reload. Restart the server instead of doing /reload

PermissionsEx might be corrupted. Just reinstall the plugin.

It's an error with PermissionsEx (i think). There might be a file inside the PermissionsEx JAR file called plugin.yml. This also might be inside plugins/PermissionsEx. Where ever it is, its causing a problem with your server.

Is there a way to point a custom domain name to your server's DynIP (even if it means changing the DynIP on the domain name every time the server starts) so you can use it to connect to the server on Minecraft?

Just means that the memory that the server is using is greater than 1 gigabyte. Aternos cannot handle this much memory, so the server crashes.

because someone requested it and i don't think aternos checks to see the ram usage of modpacks

ask Roman if you're not sure.

Try contacting the owners of the modpack to see if they can make a version that uses up less memory.
Then request that modpack here and use it on your server.

Minecraft Plugins cannot directly have malware in them, but they can download executables that can harm Aternos and make the service unusable.

Make sure your server is online and go to aternos.org/worlds and delete world_nether. Then restart the server. The nether world will automatically be regenerated by Bukkit.

As thienbao860 said, premium, or paid, plugins are not allowed on Aternos.
