in this log i can't see if it modded or not but it seems like you restart the server a time before sharing this log
and if it's modded it's normal for modded servers to stop suddenly Aternos assigned more ram than vannila for mods but mods has a lot of load
and to wait 30min it is normal because there is a load on starting servers
some times i wait 0.3sec at 8am in my country
PermissionsX ( or PEX) is permissions plugins that classify players to groups and give to every group permissions for speciefic command
and if you found it hard i recmmond for you to try LuckPerms plugin easy to use and configurable and has web assist

no one need support mod and i only want to know which mod cause crash from the log so i share it
they are 48 mods i collected not modpack
and if you know which mod cause crash to make me remove it
dude im very experience but not at mods logs
it is a bunch of mods i collected it is like FTB DireWolf20 1.12 but lite
as im not experience at mods and i can't help myself

go to aternos files then mods https://aternos.org/files/mods and remove fastcraft
maybe glitch with the modpack it is made by FTB team and with help of DireWolf20
they added mods that DireWolf20 spotlight on it
it is from the heaviest mods like sky factory 3 and All the mods 3
try to start the server again until it start and if you want to download the world try making backup then upload this backup to the server then download the world maybe it works
it is a modpack and i think that it is normal for it
try SkinsRestrorer or UltimateSkins
and can you share your log to see if it loaded and doesn't work
