and i think its it because i run some plugins needs java 8 on my server
and if its java 8 , what is the build number

Out of some older modpacks all java based softwares use java8

The build number irrelevant for the compatibility of "normal" plugins

The java version is constantly changing, due to updates to newer java versions or bugs in the newer ones.
You can't rely on them.
Also as I said, the build number normally doesn't matter for mods and plugins.
