We won't develop something like that for just a single server list website.
You can actually do that, but most serverlist do not correctly follow the DNS records of minecraft servers which causes problems on some sites.

Hmm, a serverlist for aternos server sound quite like a good idea to me!
Moreover, if there is an option (a button) for enabling/disabling our server's status on the serverlist (ex. toggling between Public/Private) would be nice
as already stated in Matthias post it is listed in the features it will give

You are currently currently unable to install any mods and a lot of plugins, because curseforge blocked aternos(propably by accident). The Team is trying to contact curseforge and fix this problem. This only effects installing new mod and plugins.
