    waiting 5-15 mins is queue (if you mean that not starting) Loading to load binaries and starting while your server start after loading the binaries, it's take so long because 1.13+ tbh is the worst versions in performance i have ever seen (even on a paid host i tried)

    50 plugins on 1.13+ servers is pretty much even normal 1.13+ crash alot (not from ram) but new vanilla versions unplayable without PaperMC

    and i always can join my server is lag free and can't get to 40% usage with the 10 players as i mentioned and it can goes to 15 players (the lag is from the version) just try vanilla 1.8.8 and then try vanilla 1.13 tell me the difference

    even if you use 1.13+ on any host you will get at least a problem or you need x4 amount of ram of what aternos give (probably makes aternos spend than the income)

    ok, aternos is the best host out and the actions should be took from mojang not the host and aternos gives most amount of ram and as i mentioned it increased ram than before and improved the hosting and upcoming updates will occur, and for better host i think that will cost aternos alot of $$$$, old inactive users doesn't affect your performance at all as they just take a little amount of space due to the old versions was lite and all users are limited to 4GB of ram space amount

    and for new updates let's see from aternos team :aternos:

    Finally i know what is the cause of this, alot of people here in forum asked for this issue (and i dont know the cause because my internet is 256 kb now xD)

    100% free server hosting has 15M users, no paid thing , adds new features (forge added and custom mods and the new upcoming aternos server list) and auto deletion? maybe because users increased, and if you know how to use the given amount of ram that would be good at first as i have 50+ plugins on an exact version i selected to make best performance and has 200MB ram usage and it goes to 500 with 10 players or more, aternos increased the ram than the past the problem is not in aternos if you asking for 1.13+ versions it's from mojang because performance issues started from there and if you asking for mods/modpacks mods is "mods" very unstabel and can crash even on big amount of ram server and to run modpacks well that means ram must be increased to 4GB, aternos gives newer version and mods/modpacks better ram than -1.12.2 versions

    Helpers/Aternos team replying with the same thing because it's the true thing, replying with another answer means it's false

    and Aternos team shows alot of interest having forum/discord/twitter/reddit and discord has no official answer from team mostly, but in tickets/forum mostly one of the team replies (in tiickets it's certain and takes sometime for one of the team to answer)

    and take in mind not all thier life on pc, they have thier life too
