    Hmmm...

    1) Maybe creating an Official Aternos Server (commumity) ? That way people can gather in one place and chat stuff (even with staff if they can spare the time :P). Of course it should show as an "Official" server in the browser list. It can always be online, your call :)

    2) Adding rating/review/comments to each server ? Users/players can leave messages about their experiences in each server, that way community servers can grow, and being "Powered by Aternos" is a good "marketing move" for the team (marketing as to being more known among the MC community).

    Good day Aternos team! :):aternos:

Since I couldn't find a previous request, can you please check if it's viable to add the following plugin? (1.14.1 compatible)

    Plugin name: DropXP

    Plugin link: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/dropxp.66866/

Description: This plugin allows you to store all of your current xp in a consumable potion that can be drank by anyone, players can also specify the amount of xp they drop.

    Thank you!

    Good day Aternos team! :):aternos:

This plugin already exists but using the Bukkit link (which is OUTDATED), this new link shows a newer updated version! (Supports 1.14)

    Plugin name: SaveRod

    Plugin link: https://www.spigotmc.org/resou…inventory-on-death.59857/

Description: SaveRod is a simple plugin. It adds a new item to your inventory which you can use to save your inventory. For ex: you die, if you have the SaveRod in your pocket it will prevent the items to drop. You can have as many saverods as you want, but every time you die, it cost you 1 SaveRod. (It is also compatible with 1.14!)

    Thank you!

    Thanks!

1.14 certainly feels clunky and laggy as a whole (Thanks MOJANG! /s), I think most of the bugs/lag issues came with vanilla.

Spigot and Paper are both on dev builds tho, it will take time to iron things out... Hope 1.14.1 fixes most stuff that came with 1.4

Again thanks for your great service Aternos!

    Good day Aternos team!

Today I tried/tested the recently released PaperMC 1.14 server version. (I was on 1.14 Spigot before)

I observed the following (also early impressions):

    - Seems more responsive than Spigot 1.14! :)

    - RAM is set to 1.3GB (Spigot was at 1.7GB)

    - Server saves every 10 minutes, lags for a second or 2 every time (Spigot saved every 30 minutes)

    - Chest do not play sound when closing (?) must be PaperMC bug.

So far lags a bit less and responds better than Spigot.

Thx for the quick updates on the Software section!

    Best regards,

    Chronox

I FIXED THE PLUGIN LINK FROM MY PREVIOUS POST (it was linking to another plugin which was already added)

This message followed the past Post format, plugin was not found on plugin list, thank you for understanding:

    Good day Aternos team! :):aternos:

Since I couldn't find a previous request, can you please check if it's viable to add the following economy plugin ? (seems to be working for 1.14!):

    Plugin name: AConomy

Plugin link: https://www.spigotmc.org/resou…mple-vault-economy.64569/ (NOW FOLLOWS CORRECT PLUGIN PATH :D)

Description: Economy plugin similar to CraftConomy, Essentials, etc. Supports MySQL, local playerdata and requires Vault to work. Compatible with 1.14.

Hoping it will be useful for some 1.14 servers that a simple and small money/economy plugin :)

    Thank you!

    Best regards,

    Chronox.

With the release of 1.14 I think there is a high influx of people trying it (also Aternos gettin more popular, which is deserved).

I think it is better this way (queue), better than EVERYONE lagging (imagine 7k servers starting at the same time ?)

Gotta hang in there mate, you are not the only one waiting! (70 mins queue here, lol)

    Good day Aternos team! :):aternos:

Since I couldn't find a previous request, please check if is viable to add the following economy plugin (recently updated!):

    Plugin name: BagOfGold

    Plugin link: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/bagofgold.49332/

Description: Economy plugin similar to CraftConomy, Essentials, etc. which allows money to be item based (be dropped and carried on the inventory), it also works with other plugins like MobHunting, or Citizens (adds NPC Banker), this adds another layer of difficulty for Survival servers (money dropped on death).

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Chronox.

Spigot released 1.14 hours ago, tried it. Feels somewhat better. I'll be patient with both Mojang and PaperMC/Spigot to keep up the good work on the updates/optimization.

Oh and also, servers have 1700MB Ram for 1.14 ? Noice. (Hope it's just a precation and not a workaround for performance issues :P)

    Good day Aternos team.

First of all, thank you for your amazing service/work to the MC community! ^^

I would like to suggest the use of "Paper/PaperSpigot" to be considerated for use in Aternos servers (Software option).

Maybe it can be tested to see if it improves server performance (specially for 1.13 servers). If this is successful it can bring better resource management service global-wise (IMHO). :/

I read some info about it officially on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/admin…nd_why_you_should_use_it/

    Official website: https://papermc.io/

    Have a nice day!
