Hey hi! I was setting up a server for me and a couple friends, but couldn't find Immersive Technology in the list of mods. You do have Immersive Tech, which is what Immersive Technology is based on, but Technology adds far more stuff than Tech (this is getting confusing).

    Here's a link: https://www.curseforge.com/min…/mct-immersive-technology

    Immersive Tech adds:

    Distiller, produces Distilled Water

Solar Tower, makes steam from water, needs a Solar Reflector

Solar Reflector, required for the Tower

Steam Turbine, uses the produced steam to create power.

Immersive Technology, on the other hand, adds:

Advanced Coke Oven, produces coal coke faster than the normal one when paired with a Coke Oven Preheater (see below)

Alternator, which Tech also has but just kinda lumped in with the Turbine (they're one multiblock in Tech, two in Technology)

    Distiller, same as Tech

Boiler, makes steam with fuel (requires Biodiesel, an Immersive Petroleum addition)

    Solar Reflector, same as Tech

    Solar Tower, same as Tech

Steam Turbine, same as Tech but without the Alternator integrated

Steel Tank, a higher-capacity version of Immersive Engineering's tank

Cooling Tower, allows steam to condense back into water/distilled water

Redstone timer, just what it says on the tin

Coke Oven Preheater, required to speed up the Advanced Coke Oven

Item/Fluid/Energy Trash Cans, just what it sounds like

Open Barrel, collects water during rainstorms

Creative Barrel, an infinite fluid source

So yeah. Immersive Technology is a huge upgrade over Immersive Tech. Please? :)

So I made a server that uses Forge 2838. Unfortunately, there appears to be an issue with the mod Applied Energistics 2 (Revision 6 Stable 6) that is causing it to crash. I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, but I have a local instance using Forge 2837 that has no issues and mostly the same mods (and none of the mods on either the server or my instance are small unknown mods). However...I can't make a server here that uses Forge 2837. I can only use 2838 or 2768. I tried 2768, but three other mods told me that they required 2770, 2800, and 2818 respectively (also not versions I can select on the "Software" tab).

I know you guys don't allow FTP access and I'm not asking for that. What I'm asking for is a dropdown menu that lets us choose our Forge version from a full list, simiarly to what the MultiMC launcher does. It shouldn't be too hard, unless I'm missing something; I believe MultiMC pulls more or less directly from Forge's own site, meaning there's probably already a way to hook into their site.

Everytime I read add more Ram, add more ram... Ram is not all.

While lack of RAM is not always the underlying cause of issues, adding RAM to Minecraft is 100% beneficial, as Minecraft is quite possibly the biggest RAM hog ever created.

If someone could convince Galacticraft's owner to put it up on Curseforge just for sake of this site, would you guys add it?

Please add the mod Alternating Flux.

Alternating Flux is an addon for the mod Immersive Engineering, which you do have in your list. It adds long-distance wires that can be used to more efficiently transfer power while not breaking the look of your world if you're trying to keep to the IE semi-steampunk look. I personally have been using this mod in every pack I've made in the past two years (at least) that also includes Immersive Engineering.

    Thanks!
