You can't check your current space occupation, and what happens (if it at all happens) is you simply can't start your server anymore until it's below 4GB total
-
Do you have backups?
-
It won't reset anything
-
-
Turn off force upgrade

Is your randomtickspeed at 3?
-
https://aternos.org/server if you are using 1.16
-
What's your TPS
-
Ignore what it says in the server list entirely, just try to connect and see if you can
-
Download your world, load it in MC of the next higher version. I don't know when they put it in, but there is a button called "optimize" or something like that in singleplayer that lets you do the chunk upgrading on your PC, and a lot faster. Try that until you arrive at 1.16 then upload the world again

Wenn man cracked angemacht hat, bekommt man neue Playerdata
Wenn cracked aus ist, behält man alles
-
-
try do save-all, if that didnt work restart the server and it should show
-
Was ist der error?
Gibst du den Port ein, der auf Aternos angezeigt wird? -
I don't really speak - whatever that is, but the first error is simply a mod having 2 files / versions, just delete one of them, and the other ones if I read that right you can ignore, they will be gone on the next start
-
Nein, mods müssen immer genau die gleiche Version auf Server und Client haben

You can access the level.dat, tho not directly in Aternos. You can download your world, edit level.dat, then upload only level.dat again
