Just try removing some mods that you dont fully need and see, sometimes its also a thing of luck since different servers have different loads

Try using the dynip, that the server owner can give you after clicking "connect" on the aternos page, to connect to the server

1 hour of 2GB ram costs 2 credits.

100 hours = 200 credits

200 credits = roughly 3 euros

No, at least not in any near future. All servers are hosted in europe currently
