I requested the plugin "Iron Jetpacks," but the response was saying denied because apparently, it was already available. I made my search in the plugins page, and couldn't find it! Is there some other name it goes by? Someone please help me!

1. The raw RAM given to the server is not displayed ingame. Plugins can't accurately display it and it's up to the game how it uses that RAM
2. You have, according to the plugin, 667MB free RAM, which means that RAM is the very least of your concerns. CPU has way bigger impact on performance, RAM is actually negligible, if succifient as here -
No clue if this tells you anything, if it does, good luck, because I don't know tbh
