Looks like AstralSorcery is causing the problem as it's trying to load something that only exists on Minecraft clients, not servers

EDIT: Update astral sorcery to the 1.13.1 version of the mod, seems they fixed that

I think that's honestly more effort and time than just downloading the world and then uploading level.dat. It's not like people need it every day, so I think it would be too much effort for too little use
