I have no idea how and where i do it? 😅 (am German)
so how do i do that? -
Is that a modpack or it's Forge with mods installed manually?
I'd suggest removing some mods as there are so many.
He literally said "Modpack"

No. Backups can't disappear (from any serverside stuff) as they are stored in Google Drive. Did you share access to anyone?
-
Click direct connect and enter it there (ingame)
-
Start it and use the dynip to join, which will only show when it is on
-
If you only delete the nether, it will come back same as before, just without any player changes.
-
It's the exact address of the hostmachine your server runs on, and often fixes that error
-
Share the log after it crashed and entirely shut down
-
Try the Dynip: https://aternos.org/server/#connect
-
https://aternos.org/addons/a/curseforge/playerrevive If it says no compatible versions found, it's not made for 1.16.3

Googlen. Einfach googlen.
-
Click on the facebook Icon to Log in
-
Either that is an incomplete log, or it crashed due to being overloaded. Try removing some mods
-
It took too long to start (10min), remove some mods
-
It's most likely an issue with PlayerHead, tho I can't say for sure. Do a backup and remove one after the other (plugins) to see what causes it

As Julian already said in the very first reply: You didn't do the config right. Fix lines 390 and 397 as henery said. Here are the erroring lines
https://mclo.gs/496AGc1#L1825Maybe those give you enough info to know what you have to change
-
If mods have to create files / folders on startup, they're free to do so, it's comparable to starting it on your PC. Can you share your log using the share button on https://aternos.org/log/ ?
-
If you want to change something in the config, go to https://aternos.org/files/config and search for the mod's folder, then go into config.yml and change what you want to change. If you want to change something not changable in the config, there is no way
