It won't. Download your world, switch to Vanilla (yes, it will remove your world technically), and then upload the world again from your PC

Well, all I can see is you timing out, and then the server normally shuts down after a few minutes. Though, you can freely remove EssentialsXXMP and EssentialsXGeoIP

Those are 2 different plugins. One is 18355, other is 78689. You can suggest the updated version following this guide How to write a (good) plugin/modpack/mod request
