Aternos is mostly used by really young people, an "advanced" button would just seem "cool" from them and not stop them from actually changing really risky options.

Maybe you can add a reset button and advanced button.

Just set the value to default when the server started or reloaded, there isn't plugin that can cancel the message of finish reload or maybe force a plugin that sets the value in spigot.yml when enabled and disabled.

Like what?

spigot.yml has so many options that can help many people.

For example: I want to speed up the melon grotwh, so I can do this with spigot.yml.

Another example: I want to make a server that you can't lose hunger in it, so I can edit in the spigot.yml the hunger section and set all values to 0.00

This mod simply delete every block on minecraft world, except end portal frame like in protosky.
