From what I can see, it looks like a memory issue.

The other possible issue is someone with a non-legal copy of minecraft is trying to connect to your server. {aka Cracked}

I just checked your request and saw the most downloads they had was 170, and i believe they look for 1k+ {not sure} but i am pretty sure that 170 is not enough.

Plus with no offence they are all pretty useless.

I think the reason is one of the following:

Not enough downloads

The engine dose not support it

Copyright issues

Or you did something to annoy Roman

I think you don't have this on, turn it on and restart the server.
