Hello since yesterday I started a vanilla server in version 1.16.1 it happens that it is very lag and not only me, we are two members in the server and it is a new world and when you remove a block it is put back and takes a little time to take off you have to take it off twice, any help what to do with lag?

Hello I have a server with the forge software in 1.12.2, it is a very advanced world with mods, I found out that there are interesting plugins, I was wondering if I change the software from Forge to magma, would something happen with my advanced world? things like would I lose it? or some incompatibility, I want to switch to magma to have plugins and mods, but I don't want to lose my world, is it safe?
