Hello since yesterday I started a vanilla server in version 1.16.1 it happens that it is very lag and not only me, we are two members in the server and it is a new world and when you remove a block it is put back and takes a little time to take off you have to take it off twice, any help what to do with lag?

Its probably because of your internet. I had the same problem since I started playing in Aternos's server (note most of other server hosting had the same problem too). So... yeah try to improve your internet connection, it works for me tho. Good luck.
Tell me if there's another way too.

Because Minecraft 1.13 has a completely new world format to enable the new water changes, which is not fully optimized yet, there could be performance issues, like lag.
