Where do they exactly require you to create files and why?.
They require you to edit folders in the main server folder itself (The one where the server.jar file is located) rather than in the plugins folder. For Movecraft, a folder is generated in the server folder that you have to create .craft files in order for the movecraft plugin to work properly, otherwise it is just a useless lag factory.
What I am suggesting is rather basic: add the ability to edit files and folders outside of the plugins folder on servers that have plugins. This is because a few major plugins, such as Movecraft and Coreprotect, not to mention the permissions.yml file, require you to edit a file or create new ones outside of the plugins folder.
