When you try to add it, do you get any error or does it says you uploaded the addon?

Do /gamerule doMobSpawning true in the overworld, if you use Spigot or Paper, the gamerule commands only work in that specific world.

Probably not, if you want that, you'd need more RAM so you can get a better performance for your server, which is not possible using Aternos because it's a free service.

A server can't take more than 8-10 minutes, if that happened to you, your server took too long to start, the only solution would be try to start it again until it works or use a lighter modpack.
