The mod was removed because its author no longer allows project distribution.

[23:36:13] [Aternos System/ERROR]: Server was stopped because it took too long to start. Try reducing the load to avoid this in the future.
Try removing some mods or try to start it later.

Even if you were given an explanation about the problem here, it wouldn’t change anything. It is not really necessary to give more details, the team already made a decision and removed the plugin with valid reasons.

Make sure your server is online when you try to join, if you are sure and still get the same error, try to connect using your server DynIP: https://aternos.org/connect

You're welcome

You can't, wait until the cooldown is over and create a new one or use the one you already have.

Where do you want to create the thread? In which section?

No, backups save everything.
The Aternos system only wants you to delete the world/reinstall the server if the software you want to install is known to be incompatible with the software you currently have installed.
This is intended behavior to protect users from corrupting their server data.A workaround you can do the following to keep your world:
- Stop your server
- Download the world on the worlds page: https://support.aternos.org/hc…35711-Download-your-world
- Switch the software
- Upload the world again: https://support.aternos.org/hc…0027235751-Upload-a-worldPlease note that Aternos has an upload limit, which is explained in the guide for the upload. If your world is larger than this limit you can't upload the world again.
Also understand that doing this procedure is not recommended and that Aternos cannot provide any further support about it. Worlds which were used on a modded server can cause issues if you use it on a server with another software. This is also the reason why the system wants you to reinstall the server.

Deleting threads after someone commented in it is not possible.

Please send an email to [email protected], make sure to explain the problem and include your server address.

If a suggestion was published only a few days ago or only has a few downloads, it won't be added. There's no specific required download count
The team manually reviews every single plugin/mod/modpack request, they check the download counts, how old it is, comments, and more things. That's what it means when the article says "a case by case decision".
