If a modpack is not working as expected, you'd have to contact the author of Better Minecraft [Plus] to fix it.

Make sure all the mods you have installed support Minecraft 1.18.2

You probably have installed mods on your server that don’t support your Minecraft version.
-
There’s a mod on your server that is trying to load something that doesn’t exist on servers, only clients, you have to remove it from your server.
-
Do you still face the problem?

Hi, please try to connect to your server using your server DynIP, read more here: https://aternos.org/connect

That’s nice, have fun!

If you can join third-party servers, probably, try it and see.

Forbidden and Arcanus is not available because the author of that mod did not specify if it's a Fabric or Forge mod. If you want it to get added, you'd have to contact the author and ask them to mark its files as Forge/Fabric mod.
Dungeons Enhanced was already requested and is waiting for a team member to review it.

What is QuestCraft?

Please make a backup and remove the mod "performant" then try to start your server.

its popular enough

Hi,
you can suggest mods and plugins here: https://aternos.org/suggest
More Music Discs+ is already available on Aternos: https://aternos.org/addons/a/cursefabric/more-mc-music-discs, it's a Fabric mod.

Remove PureChat

Then it's your world/mods. If you can join a Vanilla server then it's not a network problem.

The Aternos system only wants you to delete the world/reinstall the server if the software you want to install is known to be incompatible with the software you currently have installed.
This is intended behavior to protect users from corrupting their server data.A workaround you can do the following to keep your world:
- Stop your server
- Download the world on the worlds page: https://support.aternos.org/hc…35711-Download-your-world
- Switch the software
- Upload the world again: https://support.aternos.org/hc…0027235751-Upload-a-worldPlease note that Aternos has an upload limit, which is explained in the guide for the upload. If your world is larger than this limit you can't upload the world again.
Also understand that doing this procedure is not recommended and that Aternos cannot provide any further support about it. Worlds which were used on a modded server can cause issues if you use it on a server with another software. This is also the reason why the system wants you to reinstall the server.
