Make sure the version of all mods are the same on Aternos and your Minecraft.

Make a backup > Generate a new world > Start the server > Check if the server still crashes.

The mod is not really for that version, according to the file is for 1.14.4 and not 1.15

Do you have the modpack installed on your server?

Skript works on * servers 1.17 and 1.16.5
This is not the same host.

Script plugin is only available for versions 1.13 and below.
