No, you are not allowed to AFK, bypassing that is against Aternos ToS and your server would be suspended.

I have an idea for possibly a special page, or link that every server has, that when someone loads up the page. The server automatically starts, or they can click a button on the page.
I know you can do something like this by allowing over people to start the server via perms. But a feature like this would be nice so everyone dosen't need an Aternos account/dosen't need to login to one.
People could use the link to spam the Aternos system through bots loading the page all the time. So that's not a good idea.

If you need help because your server crashed the issue seems to be caused by a mod that tries to load something on server that's only for the client.

That's unfortunately not possible due how modpacks installation works on Aternos.

People would use that link to start-spam servers, which would definitely break Aternos system.
